To edit your profile as a client on Proach, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Proach account. 2. Go to 'Profile' on the bottom right of the app navigation bar. 3. Edit your profile (Name, What you're looking for, Profile photo, keyword preferences etc...) 4. Update your information and save the changes. Please note, your Name, image and aims will be visible to coaches, should you wish to remain anonymous, do not fill out this information.

To book a coach on Proach, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Proach account. 2. Browse through the list of available coaches. 3. Select a coach and view their profile. 4. Click "Book Session" and choose a suitable time slot. 5. Confirm your booking and make the payment.

To make a payment on Proach, follow these steps: 1. Log into your Proach account. 2. Select the service or coach you want to book. 3. Select the time and date of the session you would like to purchase. 4. Accept our terms and proceed to checkout. 4. Enter your payment details and confirm the payment. The coach must accept the booking after payment for the payment to be processed fully, if the coach declines the booking, a refund will be given. The coach will not receive this payment until after the session is complete to ensure the coaching session is fulfilled.

To get a refund on Proach, follow these steps: Log into your Proach account. Go to 'My Bookings'. Select the booking you want to cancel. Cancel the upcoming booking. You will receive a refund for the cancellation in accordance with our refund policy. If you have had a negative experience with a coach, or a session was not completed successfully, reach out to suport via the support section of our app to request a refund. This way we will also be able to investigate the issue and prevent it from happening again.
